Truvelo Speed Camera on Wellingborough Road, Rushden (30mph)

This Truvelo speed camera is located on Wellingborough Road near Rushden in Northamptonshire, monitoring southbound traffic with a 30mph speed limit.

On entering Rushden via A5001, Wellingborough Road, at about 400 yds inside the 30mph limit, the speed camera is in a hollow, partially hidden by overhanging tree branches, on the left-hand side of the road. This Truvelo camera is active using sensors built into the road and not the normal K band. Radar detectors would not pick this up - to my cost!
