Westbound (out of London) camera is on the west side of the river, and eastbound camera is on the east side (i.e. you reach them after going over the bridge from either direction). Westbound camera is obvious, and is just before the bend in the road. Eastbound camera is slightly trickier to see due to trees, and is just about where the road levels off.
