This Mobile Speed Camera speed camera is located on A41 - Rock Ferry Bypass near Rock Ferry in Merseyside, monitoring both directions traffic with a 50mph speed limit.
On second road bridge over the Rock Ferry Bypass (in direction of Birkenhead town centre). It was handheld and directed at oncoming traffic, capturing vehicles after they travelled round a bend in the road - camera obscured by trees until they come to the straight section of road to pass under bridge. As there is an unobscured view from the same bridge on traffic on other side of bypass, camera could also be directed just as easily onto traffic coming from the opposite direction.
