Speed Camera Details: On second road bridge over the Rock Ferry Bypass (in direction of Birkenhead town centre). It was handheld and directed at oncoming traffic, capturing vehicles after they travelled round a bend in the road - camera obscured by trees until they come to the straight section of road to pass under bridge. As there is an unobscured view from the same bridge on traffic on other side of bypass, camera could also be directed just as easily onto traffic coming from the opposite direction.

April 2019 Update: The entire bypass is now covered by average speed cameras in both directions.
