This laser van is very sneaky. It targets vehicles coming over the brow of the hill at Cooper Dean flyover. You cannot see the van before they have targetted you.

April 2017 Update:

This mobile camera van was in same position at 09:40 Easter Sunday 2017. As van driver on triple overtime rates he had to nab as many as he could to justify his presence. Very nasty.
