This SPECS speed camera is located on Cardiff Road near Groes-Faen in Rhondda Cynon Taff, monitoring westbound (towards cardiff) traffic with a 30mph speed limit.

There are two sets of SPECS average speed cameras on Cardiff Road. One is east looking and the other westward. They are extremely well concealed and difficult to spot and there are no average speed signs just the old Gatso signs, the white speed lines are still visible which is very misleading. Drivers beware.
