Speed Camera Details: Mobile camera van positioned on grass verge on right hand side of road, heading out of Middlesbrough towards Stokesley. Camera has been positioned in a number of locations along this grass verge, sometimes with a white van with 'THINK' written on the side. Parked about 50metres away from camera on black tripod. Has been seen every Thursday for the past 6 weeks. Van has red and yellow stripes on rear doors of van designed to look like a works van. Once you've seen it then you will recognise it again!
