Speed Camera Details: Mobile speed camera regularly set up between junction 40 - 41 on the M4 and 50mph bends, camera situated in back of white escort type van with back windows blacked out. van is situated on eastbound site behind the large white wall which is at the back of the houses, it is reversed along the footpath and points across the motorway. The camera is pointing east, but can also photograph cars travelling west. This is confirmed unfortunately by myself. Pictured below the M4 motorway, and mobile speed camera van parked behind concrete wall.
